Shipping Policy

General Information

​

Items in stock usually usually will be shipped within 2 business days. Items are not in stock will show the estimated dates available and will be shipped out as soon as they are in stock and a shipping notice will be sent out to you. 

​

Deliver items in fewest possible packages

​

For items that are in stock, your orders will be consolidated into the fewest number of shipments possible. This may take longer to ship depending on product availability, but there will only be one shipping charge for the entire order. 

 

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost will be calculated on check out page after you place items in your shopping cart. 

 

Local Pickup Policy

​

Free pickup is available the day after you place your order.

Return Policy

While we do our best to check all items going out, the unexpected happened. We have the following return policy to make sure you will receive what you need to your satisfaction.

Non-Warranty Return

​

  • All returns must be approved by Texas Pure Water and receive an RGA number before item is returned. Approved RGA items will receive a completed RGA form from Texas Pure Water. This form must accompany the returning item. 

  • A return request must be made within thirty (30) days of receiving item. 

  • The returning item must be received within fifteen (15) days of issuance of RGA number. 

  • A 15% restocking fee is applied to credit issued for all returned items. 

  • Customer is responsible for shipping expense of returning item.

Warranty-Return

​

  • All warranty returns and credits must be approved by Texas Pure Water and receive a RGA number before item is returned or credit issued. Approved return items will receive a completed RGA form from Texas Pure Water. This form must accompany the returning item. 

  • Warranty items will be approved only if it is determined that the item is a manufacturer’s defect and falls within the item’s warranty. Items will not be covered under warranty for damage caused from installation, user error/damage, power surge, extreme temperatures, and operation damage. 

  • Warranty is only applicable to original owner at the original installation location. 

  • All warranty items must be returned or paid for before replacement item will be shipped. Once item is received, a refund will be sent if already paid for. For customers with available credit, items must be returned within 15 days for credit to be issued or payment must be received in full within 15 days of invoice date. 

  • Customer is responsible for shipping expense of returning item. Texas Pure Water will be responsible for shipping charges for replacement warranty item via regular ground shipping method. For expedited shipment of replacement item, customer will be charged. 

  • All returning items should have the original packaging and properly wrapped in order to receive refund. 

  • When contacting Texas Pure Water to request a RGA number. Be prepared to provide the following information: 

  • Reason for return 

  • Part Number or Model Number 

  • Customer name, address, contact number (end-user if under warranty) 

  • Texas Pure Water will fill out a RGA Request Form over the phone and e-mail the completed form for customer’s records and to return with the item. Instructions will be included on the RGA Request Form. 

  • If it is determined that the item should to be returned to Texas Pure Water, please include the RGA Request form with the item and write the RGA number on the outside of the packaging.
